摘    要:在平遥山药产地进行了2种微生物肥料的田间肥效试验,结果表明,施用微生物肥料能增加土壤微生物数量,改善土壤微生物菌群结构,其中0681微生物肥料处理的土壤微生物细菌、放线菌数量显著增加,真菌数量有一定减少,而且相对于常规施肥,该肥料处理的土壤有机质和水分含量均有一定提高,土壤结构得到明显改善,土壤的持水、缓冲、保肥能力增强;通过对山药病情指数的调查比较发现,施用微生物肥料有利于减轻山药的病害发生。

Abstract:The experiment of the two microbial fertilizers was conducted in the field of the Chinese yam in Pingyao.The results showed that the microbial fertilizer increased the amount of soil microorganisms and changed the structure of the microorganism community in the soil.The microbial fertilizer,coded as 0681,application significantly increased the amount of the bacteria and actinomycetes,whereas the amout of fungi was slightly reduced.Compared with conventional fertilization,the fertilizer increased the contents of water and organic matter in the soil.It was significant to improve the structure of soil,increase the soil capacity of water and fertilizers keeping,as well as the soil buffering.In addtion,the investigation of the Chinese yam disease index at leaves showed that the treatment of two microbial fertilizers was beneficial to reduce the disease infection.
