猪大肠杆菌灭活菌苗的研制及应用

摘    要:采用当地规模猪场黄痢致死猪脏器组织分离的大肠杆菌研制成菌苗,对46 头妊娠母猪于产前免疫注射处理。结果,免疫组的平均发病率为9 .97% ,组间差异不显著(P> 0 .05) ,比对照组(45 .98% ) 降低36 个百分点,差异高度显著(P< 0.01) 。其中以产前4 周和2 周两次注射10ml 效果较好,发病率仅为6 .19 % 。

Abstract:Deactivated vaccine made from colon bacillus isolated from the organs of pigs died of yellow diarrhoea in local large piggery was immunization injected to 46 farrowed sows before giving birth. The results indicated that the average incidence of yellow diarrhoea for immunity group was 9.97%, the difference within the group was not significant (P>0.05). It was 36% lower than CK, which was 45 98% of incidence, and there was a significant difference between the treatment and CK (P<0.01). Better effect of 6.19% of incidence can be reached by injecting 10 ml of vaccine at 4 weeks and 2 weeks before giving birth respectively.
