摘    要:柠条与沙棘两种木本灌木均具有御旱与耐旱性,是山西省半干旱气候区的结瘤植物资源优势,其共生固氮菌Rhizobia与Frankia菌系在山西石灰性土壤中的生态分布广泛,结瘤特征明显,大约每年为该生态区提供10万~20万t的生物氮素,在山西的生态环境建设、水土保持与资源利用方面发挥着较大的生态学效应,具有深入研究和广泛的利用价值。

Abstract:The Peashrub and Hippophae are important resource of nitrogen-fixing plant in semi-arid region in Shanxi province.The Rhizobia and Frankia nitrogen-fixing microorganisms carry out the major processes of nitrogen cycle in Symbiotic Nitrogen Fixation System.There is a wide distribution of Rhizobia and Frankia which is resistant to stress in Shanxi province.There are 150~200 thousands ton nitrogen is produced by Symbiotic N-Fixing strains of Rhizobium sp.(Caragana) and Frankia sp.(Hippophae) in Shanxi province.The N-fixing microorganisms play roles in ecological environment and soil and water conservation.It is worth while to further study and utilize.
