食用菌液体母种纯化技术

摘    要:对斜面母种不同的纯化方式进行比较,结果表明,采用木屑滤菌法和药物滤菌法纯化得到的菌种,在液体培养基中污染率低,萌发快,产生的菌球量大,均匀一致且不易沉淀,符合液体菌种培养的要求。

Abstract:The results of comparison of inclined mother purification methods showed that,using sawdust filter filtration and bacteria drug purified from the obtained strain of bacteria in liquid medium were of low pollution,rapid germination and large number of bacteria balls,uniform size and difficult to precipitate,and these were consistent with liquid culture requirement of the strain.
