蛋白质凝胶电泳法鉴定杂交玉米种子纯度与田间种植鉴定法的相关性研究

摘    要:采用玉米蛋白凝胶电泳法和田间小区种植鉴定法对30个杂交玉米种子样品进行纯度测定,并对2种方法所得数据进行了回归分析。结果表明,2种方法所得结果达显著相关,相关系数r=0.653 1,线性回归方程为:y=23.93+0.760 8x。证明蛋白质凝胶电泳法鉴定玉米种子纯度是可靠的,且可用电泳纯度推算出田间鉴定纯度。

Abstract:The purities of 30 samples were identified by means of protein electrophoresis and field-planting. The results of two ways were distinct correlationship, the correlation index r=0.653 1, the regress formula was y=23.93+0.760 8x. The results indicated that it is reliable to identify maize varietal purity by means of protein electrophoresis.
