摘    要:在单因素试验结果的基础上,进一步应用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法优化发酵条件。结果表明,最佳发酵条件为:玉米粉1.01%,酵母膏0.47%,(NH4)2SO40.05%,K2HPO40.06%,MgSO40.05%,pH值5.79,28℃培养。研究结果为哈茨木霉厚垣孢子的大规模发酵生产提供了一定的技术支持。

Abstract:Based on single-factor experiments, we applied Box-Behnken central composite experiments and response surface analysis to optimize the liquid fermentation conditions. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were the following: corn flour 1.01%, yeast extract 0.47%, (NH4)2SO4 0.05%, K2HPO4 0.06%, MgSO4 0.05%, pH 5.79 and 28 ℃.
