| 摘 要： | 高粱是我国传统酿造业的重要原料,是山西及我国北方重要的旱地农作物之一,在国民经济发展中占有重要地位。综述了国内外高粱发展趋势、山西高粱的发展现状与存在的问题,提出了发展山西高粱产业的一些思路和对策。

| Abstract: | Sorghum is one of the important rain-fed crops in the north China and is also the important raw materials for brewing industry in China, It plays an important role in Chinese national economic development. Sorghum development trend at home and abroad,its current development situation and existing problems was reviewed in this paper and some ideas and countermeasures for development of sorghum industry in Shanxi and was put forward. |
