拮抗菌对番茄早疫病的防治效果

摘    要:针对早疫病对番茄生产造成的严重危害,为筛选番茄早疫病的强拮抗菌、探索生物防治的可行性,从不同番茄栽培地土壤中分离微生物,以番茄早疫病菌为指示菌,通过纸片扩散法进行拮抗菌的初筛和复筛,共筛选到3株对早疫病菌有拮抗作用的生防菌株。田间防效试验结果表明,3株生防菌株的防治效果分别是放线菌FX-03为75.6%,细菌XJ-02为67.1%,细菌XJ-11为51.9%,其中,放线菌FX-03的防治效果最好,达到了75%以上。

Abstract:Contraposing the significant damage of tomato production caused by early blight to screen a germ which has significant antagonism against tomato early blight and to find an effective biological control method Alternaria solani as indicator bacteria,agonistic bacteria screened by disc diffusion method,3 biocontrol strains were isolated from different tomato cultivated soil samples.The results of field experiments showed all of the 3 biocontrol strains had good control effect to tomato early blight.The control effect of FX-03,X J-02 and XJ-1 1 were 75.6%,67.1% and 51.9% respectively.Actinomycetes FX-03 was the most effective and its control efficiency was higher than 75%.
