摘    要:2006—2009年在田间采用人工接种的方法,对山西省农科院作物遗传研究所的72份玉米自交系及2份玉米群体材料进行了抗丝黑穗病的鉴定评价。结果表明,对玉米丝黑穗病表现高抗的自交系有LR9701,LR147,LR2051,LR综63和P138共5份,大多数玉米自交系对玉米丝黑穗病表现感病和高感。加强玉米种质资源的收集、鉴定与评价,对玉米抗病育种非常重要。

Abstract:Taking the method of artificial inoculation under field conditions, the resistance of 72 maize inbred lines and 2 maize populations to head smut were assessed and evaluated in 2006-2009, the results showed that 5 maize inbred lines were high- resistance to head smut, such as LR9701,LR147,P138,LR2051, LR-ZONG-63. Most maize inbred lines were susceptible and high- susceptible. It's very necessary for resistance breeding to enhance the collection and evaluation of maize germplasm to head smut.
