化学杂交剂SQ-1诱导小麦雄性不育及与不同小麦品种互作效应的研究

摘    要:以10个小麦品种和化学杂交剂SQ-1为处理,研究了SQ-1的杀雄效果及不同基因型小麦对SQ-1的反应的遗传差异。结果表明,在参试品种主茎旗叶抽出倒2叶一半,幼穗长为2.5-4.0 cm,穗分化期为药隔期喷施4.0 kg/hm2的SQ-1,诱导雄性不育率达到了99.93%以上。经方差分析,材料间无显著差异。说明化学杂交剂SQ-1与参试小麦不同基因型品种不存在明显的互作效应。

Abstract:10 wheat cultivars and chemical hybridizing agent SQ-1 were used to study emasculation effects of SQ-1 and the genetic diversity of the reaction to SQ-1 among different genetype wheat.The result showed when 4.0 kg/hm2 SQ-1 was applied in main stem flag leaf exserted half of second leaf,when spike length was 2.5~4.0 cm and the spiklet differentiation stage is anther seperation stage,the ratio of male sterility of tested varieties was more than 99.93%.the result of variance analysis showed that there exist no significant difference among every materials.It is testified that there exist no significant interaction effect between SQ-1 and various tested wheat genetypes.
