枣黑顶病发病程度与相关生理指标的关系

摘    要:为研究枣果在不同地区不同发病程度情况下生理指标的差异,用紫外分光光度计分别对四卦、里美庄、杜村3个地区不同病级枣果内的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定及差异性比较分析。结果表明,随着枣果发病程度的加深,保护酶呈先增后减的变化趋势,MDA活性表现出逐渐递增的趋势,且发病重的地区枣果酶活性普遍高于发病轻的地区,说明黑顶病对枣果相关生理指标有一定的影响。

Abstract:To study the physiological indexes discrepancy of jujube in different pathological grades at different places,UV-spectrometry was applied respectively to test the enzyme activity changes of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA) in jujube with various pathological grades from in 3 different areas Sigua,Limeizhuang and Ducun.Through comparison and analysis of the discrepancy,it was concluded that,with the aggravation of the pathological grades of jujube the amount of its protective enzyme showed a tendency from increasing grades to decreasing while the activity of MDA kept gradually increasing.Besides,enzyme activity of jujube in the place where jujubes were seriously infected by the black tip disease was higher than that of less seriously infected ones.The results indicated that the black tip disease had certain influence on the related physiological indexes.
