摘    要:以苯并a]芘为唯一碳源反复驯化,从长期受苯并a]芘污染的土壤中分离筛选出1株高效降解苯并a]芘的菌株A12,经形态及生理生化特征分析,初步鉴定为睾丸酮丛毛单胞菌(Comamonas testosteroni)。菌株A12在苯并a]芘质量浓度为5 mg/L、温度为28℃条件下,振荡培养12 d,苯并a]芘的降解率可达到28%。

Abstract:A bacterium strain A12 was isolated from soil by repeatinh subculture in liquid medium with benzo a] pyrence acclimatedo as sole carbon source.To confirm the classification of A12,morphological,physiological and biochemical characterization were applied and PCR was carried out to measure the gene sequence of 16S rDNA.The 16S rDNA was compared with related bacterias in GenBank,and phylogenetic was constructed.Based on the above results,the strain A12 was identified as Comamonas testosteroni.In a mineral salts medium with 5 mg/L benzoa] pyrence,the highest degradation rate of 28% was obtained after 12 days acclimation at 28 ℃.
