摘    要:生物质致密成型技术可将生物质能源加工为高品质的成型燃料,其中,原料含水率是影响生物质固体燃料成型效果的一个重要参数,适当的含水率可使成型效果达到最佳。研究了含水率对不同原料固体燃料成型过程及燃料物理特性的影响,得出各种常见生物质原料加工时合理的含水率范围,为不同原料的致密成型加工前处理条件的确定提供参考。

Abstract:Densification of biomass could convert bio-energy into high quality solid fuel,and when the moisture content of biomass which is an important parameter affecting the densification process were suitable,the effect of densification would be optimum.This paper studied the effect of moisture content of different biomass feedstock on the forming process and the physical characteristics of solid fuel,to obtain the reasonable moisture content ranges for some biomass feedstock in the fabrication process which would provide reference for the identification of pre-treatment condition for the densification of different biomass feedstock.
