日光节能温室土壤有机碳及组分变化对栽培年限的响应

摘    要:土壤有机物质是土壤的重要组成部分,是植物的养分来源和土壤微生物生命活动的能量来源。土壤有机碳的测定结果被用来表征土壤有机质的特性。研究了日光节能温室栽培年限对土壤总有机碳、高活性有机碳、中活性有机碳、活性有机碳变化规律的影响。结果表明,随着栽培年限的延长,日光温室土壤总有机碳、高活性有机碳、中活性有机碳、活性有机碳均极显著增加,各种有机碳组分随日光温室栽培年限变化趋势稍有不同,中活性有机碳和高活性有机碳随栽培年限变化的相关性最高,其次为总有机碳,活性有机碳最低,表明施肥引起日光温室土壤中累积的有机碳易被转化和植物吸收利用。

Abstract:Soil organic matter,which can be decomposed to supply nutrient to both plants and soil microorganism,is an important soil constitute.The content of soil organic carbon is used as an indicator of soil organic matter level.This research was conducted to explore the response of the changes of total soil organic carbon and different fractions labile organic carbon to planting years under conditions of solar greenhouse.The results demonstrated that the contents of total soil organic carbon,high-labile organic carbon,medium-labile organic carbon and labile organic carbon were significantly enhanced with planting years in solar greenhouse.The increasing tendency of different labile organic carbon is variable.The increasing of medium-labile organic carbon content is the most noticeable,following by the contents of high-labile organic,total organic carbon and labile organic.This implies that the soil organic carbon increased with planting years can be easily decomposed for plant growth.
