| 摘 要： | 研究表明,万荣柴胡、商洛柴胡、左权柴胡和明水柴胡种子的发育过程中干质量、含水量的变化规律基本一致,干质量均呈先慢后快的增长趋势,含水量呈先快后慢的降低规律。4个柴胡栽培种种子的外观形态和各种物理特性指标都存在显著差异,明水柴胡种子最长,为3.529 m m,万荣柴胡最宽,为1.154 m m,商洛柴胡的千粒质量、生活力最高,分别为19.87 g,71.13%,明水柴胡的发芽率、发芽势最高,分别为33.47%,19.56%。

| Abstract: | The change regularity of dry weight and water content of 4 Radix Burpleur cultivatars was relatively similar in whole seed growth process.The dry weight growed slow at first and fast later,while the water content fast at first and slow later.There was clear difference between the morphological and the physical characteristics of the 4 Radix Burpleur cultivatars. |
