乳尿素氮及其影响因素分析

摘    要:乳尿素氮(M UN)是奶牛生产性能测定(DH I)的一个重要指标,可以预测奶牛蛋白质和能量平衡、诊断代谢紊乱等。诸多研究人员已经对乳尿素氮进行了深入研究,然而在众多报道中,关于乳尿素氮的影响因素存在分歧,差异性出现的原因在于试验条件、测定方法与预测模型等没有明确的标准,使得不同试验研究结果之间存在不可比性。这种现象会直接影响到乳尿素氮的检测效果,而管理者对畜群的管理及调整也会出现不同程度的偏差。针对目前的研究现状,对乳尿素氮的产生机制、测定方法、影响因素以及检测应用等方面进行了总结和概述。

Abstract:Milk urea nitrogen (MUN) is used as an important indicator to estimate dairy herd improvement (DHI) to calculate the protein-energy balance and diagnose feed disorder.Many scholars had reported on milk urea nitrogen.In those reports,however,the influencing factors of milk urea nitrogen were different due to experiment conditions,measurement methods,and prediction models,etc.Absence of clear standard results in no comparability between the different results.The phenomenon would directly affect milk urea nitrogen's detection effect,and it's difficult for managers to adjust the herds.Based on the current research status,the milk urea nitrogen's mechanism,measurement methods,influencing factors,and application were summarized.
