| 摘 要： | 研究了不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)浸种处理对紫花苜蓿种子萌发的影响。结果表明,GA3和6-BA在一定浓度范围内均能提高紫花苜蓿种子的发芽率和发芽势,并且在一定浓度范围内延长浸种时间也可促进种子的萌发。

| Abstract: | This article studied the effects of GA3(gibberellin)and 6-BA(6-benzylaminopurine)soaking treatment on medicago sativa seeds germination.The results showed that: GA3 and 6-BA,in a certain range of concentration,could improve the germination rate and germination vigor of medicago sativa seeds,and the extension of soaking time could improve seed germination. |
