| 摘 要： | 在同一块棉田中种植不同抗病性的转基因抗虫棉,利用不同抗性的棉花品种对棉花黄萎病菌的选择作用,从不同品种上分离获得不同的黄萎病菌系,并在温室中采用2个抗病性差异明显的品种对其致病力进行测定,以确定同一块棉田中是否存在不同致病力菌系。结果表明,不同抗病性品种上分离获得的病原菌致病力存在显著差异,同一块棉田中存在各种致病力菌系。

| Abstract: | In the same piece of cotton field,different resistance transgenic cotton varieties are planted.Using choice function of different resistant cotton varieties to Verticillium wilt bacteria,Verticillium wilt strains had been gotten from different breed separations;In the greenhouse,using two different obvious disease resistance varieties pathogenic force were measured to determine whether there are different pathogenic force strains in the same piece of cotton field. |
