杂交大豆光合特性与产量的关系

摘    要:对大豆杂交种SXNJCMS1A×中-21、恢复系中-21、不育系SXNJCMS1A、保持系SXNJCMS1B不同生育期进行光合性能指标的测定与分析。结果表明,杂交种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度在结荚期均高于其亲本三系;对结荚期净光合速率与光合指标的相关性研究表明,净光合速率与水分利用率呈显著正相关,与其他指标呈正相关;结荚期大豆叶片净光合速率与产量呈显著正相关。

Abstract:Measuring and analyzing photosynthetic performance of the soybean hybrid SXNJCMS1A×China-21,restorer of China-21,sterile line SXNJCMS1A,maintainer line SXNJCMS1B in different growth periods.Results showed that hybrid net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficiency,intercellular CO 2 and stomatal conductance were higher than the three lines in the podding stage.The relationship between net photosynthesis of photosynthetic rates and research shown that net photosynthetic rate and WUE had a significant positive correlation in the podding stage,and other indicators were positively related.Soybean leaf net photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated with yield in podding stage.
