摘    要:促成栽培条件下,以4年生火焰无核葡萄为试材,研究了负载量对葡萄光合作用和果实品质的影响。结果表明,各处理叶面积指数为2.7~3.3,负载量18 285,20 565 kg/hm2的叶面积指数显著高于负载量25 140 kg/hm2,果实膨大期叶片氮素含量和果实成熟期差异不大,而果实成熟期磷素和钾素含量较果实膨大期均有不同程度增加;各处理光合速率日均值从大到小排序为:负载量22 860 kg/hm2负载量20 565 kg/hm2负载量18 285 kg/hm2负载量25 140 kg/hm2;20 565 kg/hm2负载量表现出光饱和点最高、光补偿点最低的特征,光适应范围最广,对光的有效利用率最高;随着负载量的增大,果实可溶性固形物含量和Vc含量呈现总体逐渐降低的趋势。

Abstract:Under the condition of forcing culture, flame seedless as test materials, the influence of loading treatment on flame seedless grape photosynthesis and fruit quality was studied. The results showed that the leaf area index of capacity of 18 285 and20 565 kg/hm2 is significantly higher than 25 140 kg/hm^2, phosphorus and potassium content increased. Daily average photosynthetic rate from big to small in an order of: 22 860 kg/hm^220 565 kg/hm^218 285 kg/hm225 140 kg/hm^2. Light saturation point of 20 565 kg/hm^2 was the highest, the lowest light compensation point, most widest light adaptation range, the utilization rate of light was the highest. Along with the increase of load, the fruit soluble solid content and Vc content reduced gradually.
