| 摘 要： | 以中水集团为例,结合国家的政策补贴因素,对其远洋捕捞的经济效益进行分析。通过比较分析2003—2008年的数据可知,从2006年开始,各项国家补贴占到中水集团利润的大部分,扣除国家各项补贴,利润有所下滑。经过分析影响远洋渔业利润的各种因素,提出包括制定完善各项扶持政策;加大投入,及时掌握传达相关讯息;引进培育优秀人才,加强综合竞争力等发展远洋渔业的三项建议。
