隰县试区土地资源管理数据库的建立与运行

为了配合黄土高原小流域综合治理信息系统的建立,使小流域综合治理决策科学化和模式化,运用 dBASEⅢ、LUTOS、WPS 等软件包建立起隰县试区土地资源管理数据库。在建库方法上着重强调了大比例尺土地资源信息的调运功能,方便了试区管理数据增删和图表的输出。在总体设计上既为土地资源评价、土地规划等子程序的套接留有接口,也为管理决策层的信息反馈留有余地。在系统运行方面,将系统宏观调控和微观设计融为一体,已完成了试区土地开发适宜性评价、试区开发利用规划、试区综合治理规划等。经过一年多来的系统运行及实践,已取得了比较满意的效果。

Study on the Management Database of Land Resources at Xixian Broken Loess Plateau Region

In this paper,we first introduced and built the system of the management database of land resources by the ways of dBASE Ⅲ,LUTOS,WPS ect.softwares,then dealed with this database,and applied it to ecological program and to management of land resources information. Through more than a year operation and practice at Xixian experimental region,the results of the system's processing is more satisfactory.At last we also pointed out some suggestions on how to further improve this system.This database system can be served as a basic factor to connect with other experiment regions.
