银杏雌雄株间多种同工酶和磷酸腺苷含量的差异

摘    要:以银杏优良品种"佛手"为材料,研究了银杏雌雄株间同工酶和腺苷酸含量的差异,结果表明:银杏雄株中ATP、ADP含量高于雌株,AMP含量则低于雌株;SOD同工酶和酯酶同工酶在雌雄株间不存在差异,POD同工酶谱带有明显而稳定的差异,雌株有5条谱带,雄株有3条谱带,可作为银杏性别鉴定的指标。

Abstract:The present paper comparative studied on difference of isoenzyme and adenosine between male and female ginkgo biloba l..Results indicated that: a.ATP and ADP content of male plants were higher than female plants,while AMP content of male was lower.b.There had no obvious difference in superoxide dismutase isoenzyme and esterase isoenzyme between male and female,but peroxidase isoenzyme had obvious and steady difference between them and can act as an indication to identify the male and female in Ginkgo biloba L..
