摘    要:以3个扁桃品种成熟叶片为试材,应用电导法测定其电导率,并配合Logistic方程建立回归方程,确定其半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,3种扁桃叶片的相对电导率均随温度的降低而增加,遵循Logistic方程的变化规律,其半致死温度在-9.736 4~-7.359 0℃之间,抗寒性大小依次为英吉沙>晋扁1号>晋扁2号,且3个品种间电导率有显著性差异。

Abstract:The conductivity of 3 almond cultivars were determined with mature leaves as sample material,and regression model Wag established by using Logistic equation,then semilethal temperature (LT_(50))was measured.The results showed that the relative conductivity of 3 almond cultivars increased with temperature decrease,which followed variation regular of Logistic equation,and the LT_(50) were-9.736 4 to -7.359 0℃.The 3 varieties had the following order according to their cold hardiness:Yingjisha,Jinbian No.1,Jinbian No.2,and there were significant differences between the electric conductivities of them.
