番茄内生细菌的分离及拮抗菌的筛选

摘    要:从太谷、大同等地采集到3个不同品种的番茄健康植株,采用牛肉膏蛋白胨(NA)培养基从根、茎部共分离到65株内生细菌,通过对其中的31株进行平板对峙试验,筛选出对叶霉病菌和灰霉病菌有拮抗作用的菌株6株,占菌株总数的19.4%;对早疫病菌和枯萎病菌有拮抗作用的菌株7株,占菌株总数的22.6%。抑菌圈半径最大可达15 mm。按抑菌圈半径大小,将拮抗菌分为强、中、弱三类。

Abstract:Sixty-five endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from the root,rootstock and stem of healthy tomato plants collected from Datong and Taigu regions.6 bacterial strains,about 19.4% of all tested strains,showed antagonistic activities against Botrytis cinerea and Fulvia fulva.7 bacterial strains about 22.6% of all tested strains,have antagonistic activities against Fusarium Oxysporum and Alternaria solani.The longest radius of suppression was 15mm. Antagonistic bacteria were divided into strong,middle and weak for the radius of suppression.
