摘    要:利用不同浓度的PEG-6000(0、10%、20%、30%、40%)胁迫处理,不同品种的六倍体小黑麦幼苗叶片相对含水量都有所下降。在低浓度胁迫下,下降缓慢,随着浓度的提高,下降程度逐渐增强;不同品种对PEG-6000胁迫响应不同,随着胁迫浓度的提高,品种S6、S7、S9幼苗叶片相对含水量下降幅度较小,而S1、S5、S8、S10下降幅度较大;另一方面,在30%PEG-6000溶液胁迫处理下,随着时间的延长,不同品种的六倍体小黑麦幼苗叶片相对含水量逐渐下降,品种S4、S5、S6、S7、S9下降幅度较小,而品种S8、S3下降幅度较大。综合分析发现小黑麦品种S6、S7、S9在不同浓度的PEG-6000胁迫下和同一浓度不同的胁迫时间叶片相对含水量都高,即保水能力强,因而抗旱性较强;而S8相反。

Abstract:Hexaploid triticale seedlings were stressed by PEG-6000 solutions of different concentration(0、10%、20%、30%、40%),relative water content in seedling leaves of all tested varieties decreased slowly under lower PEG concentration,but did sharply under higher PEG concentration.Different varieties had different responses to PEG stress.As PEG concentration went up,relative water content in seedling leaves of S6、S7、S9 slowly decreased,while that of S1、S5、S8、S10 sharply did.On the other hand,30%PEG-6000 was used to induce water stress,,relative water content in leaves of S4、S5、S6、S7、S9 decreased gradually,but that of S8、S3 declined rapidly along with the extension of time.In a short,S6、S7、S9 had the strong ability of keeping water by different concentration or the same concentration PEG-6000 but different treating time stress.This indicated their resistance drought were strong,while S8 showed the opposite result.
