| 摘 要： | 详细概述了国内对抗草甘膦基因的发掘、棉花育种中抗草甘膦基因的利用以及研究方法等。我国抗草甘膦的品种培育与专利申请等发展趋势较快,在不同科研单位的合作背景下,积极开展了有关抗草甘膦棉花等作物方面的相关研究,这些研究成果在农业生产利用方面,有助于降低劳动力成本和提高农业生产效率,并对进一步提高我国农业生产竞争力具有重要作用。同时,转基因作物在生物安全性、商业化竞争方面也面临新的机遇与挑战。 |

| Abstract: | According to current research of glyphosate-resistant and transgenic cotton in China,all related studies were summarized in this paper and the principle and method were also showed for utilizing of glyphosate-resistant genes in transgenic cotton breeding.These research results could decrease labor cost,improve productivity and competition ability of agriculture in China.Meanwhile transgenic crops face new oppounities and challenges in bio-safety and commercial competition. |
