摘    要:利用固液萃取技术从藜芦中提取活性物质,经分离纯化后,分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌进行抑菌试验。结果表明,藜芦活性物质对上述3种细菌的生长均有一定的抑制作用,不同浓度的活性物质的抑菌效果不同,并且提取物浓度大小与抑菌效果呈正相关。其中,藜芦提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最大,当提取物质量浓度为0.38~0.48 g/mL时,抑菌圈直径在18~23 mm之间。试验通过对藜芦活性物质抑菌作用的测定,为扩大药源、合理开发和利用藜芦属植物资源提供了借鉴和依据。

Abstract:The active materials from Veratrum nigrum L.were extracted by extraction technology.After isolation and purification,the antibacterial experiment was tested with Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis respectively.The results showed that the active materials had remarkable inhibitory effects on growths of the three bacterial above mentioned,and the inhibitory effects changed following with the concentrations of the active materials.In addition,the concentration of active materials and the inhibitory effects showed a positive correlationship,and the inhibitory effects on Bacillus subtilis were greatly significant.The diameter of inhibition zone was 18~23 mm when the concentration of active materials was at 0.38~0.48 g/mL.Moreover the determination of inhibitory effects of active materials against bacteria would provide reference and basis for expanding medicinal herbs resource,as well as reasonabld exploitation and utilization of the Veratrum plants.
