石榴花红色素微波提取工艺

摘    要:利用微波辅助提取法,采用单因素和正交试验,以吸光度为评价指标,研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、微波功率对石榴花红色素提取的影响,并确定微波提取红色素的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,石榴花红色素的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1∶25,提取时间90 s,微波功率500 W。

Abstract:The optimum technological parameters of microwave-assisted extraction of pomegranate red pigment(PRP) were studied.An orthogonal test table was used with the factors of ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,power of microwave radiation and extracting time.The content of PRP was determined by spectrophotometry.The optimum conditions are as follows: 40% EtOH as extracting solvent,solid to liguid ratio 1∶25,power of microwave 500 W and extracting time 90 s.
