摘    要:试验以山西省传统的枣树(骏枣和壶瓶枣)接穗为主要研究对象,利用氮、氩等离子体进行注入处理,并用常规的嫁接方法进行嫁接、调查,经过4 a的试验,结果表明,只要采用合适的样品处理方法和适当的注入剂量,枣树接穗是可以利用等离子体注入法进行诱变处理的;试验确定了利用氮、氩离子处理枣树接穗的最适注入剂量为6×1016/cm2~8×1016/cm2、最适注入速率为10 mA×28 kV。

Abstract:Using traditional varieties of jujube in Shanxi,Junzao date and Hupingzao date scion as the main objects,nitrogen/ argon plasma implantation and conventional grafting were conducted,the survey results showed that after four years of test jujube scion could take advantage of the plasma injection for mutagenesis processing as long as using appropriate sample handling methods and the injected dose.The optimal injection dose of nitrogen,argon plasma treatment of jujube grafting was 6×1016/cm2~8×1016/cm2 and the optimum injection rate 10 mA × 28 kV.
