晋旱125×(昔野×501)杂交后代抗旱生理指标的研究

摘    要:大豆的抗旱性是一个受许多因素影响的复杂的数量性状,不能简单地用单一指标来反映抗旱性的强弱,而应该结合多种指标进行综合评价。经测评,初步认为供试材料抗旱性从强到弱的次序为:晋旱125,73-2(圆叶紫花),昔野×501,73-1(尖叶白花),73-3(圆叶白花),73-4(尖叶紫花)。

Abstract:In this study,four special representative types from a cross between Jinhan 125 ×(Xieye×501) were selected as test materials,they were 73-1(sharp leaf and white flower),73-2(round leaf and purple flower),73-3(round leaf and white flower),73-4(sharp leaf and purple flower).By application of two treatments of water supply and drought coerce,physiological indexes relevant to drought-resistance such as relative water content,ability of water holding,proline content were determined in the periods of young plant and flower-podding.Additionally,agricultural characters such as height of plant,total pods,hundred-seed weight and so on were comprehensively analyzed.Also,differences in drought-resistance of parents and descendants were comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function value.Results show:Drought-resistance of soybeans is a quantitative character influenced by various factors,it is not able to reflect drought-resistance with a single index instead of comprehensive evaluation combining with various indexes.After assessment,the order of drought-resistance of the group was preliminarily hold as following: Jinhan 125,73-2(round leaf and purple flower),(Xiye×501),73-1(sharp leaf and white flower),73-3(round leaf and white flower),73-4(sharp leaf and purple flower).
