固定化微生物处理苯酚废水的包埋材料及条件选择

摘    要:为了优化选择处理苯酚废水的微生物细胞固定化的包埋材料和条件,选用3种常用载体——琼脂、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇(PVA),同时采用不包埋微生物的固定化颗粒进行探索性比较试验,结果表明,海藻酸钠为最好的包埋材料。采用海藻酸钠包埋微生物的固定化颗粒进行包埋条件试验,结果表明,最佳固定化条件为:载体浓度3%,菌体与载体浓度之比1:10,交联剂浓度3%。

Abstract:To select embedded materials and conditions for the treatment of phenol wastewater by immobilized microorganism optimally,three common carriers were selected:agar,sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).Non-embedded microorganisms immobilized particles were used in the exploratory comparison test.The results showed that the sodium alginate was the best embedded materials.Then embedded microorganisms immobilized particles were taken by sodium alginate and the results showed that the best conditions were:concentration of embedding medium 3%,ratio of bacteria and embedding medium concentration 1:10,concentration of cross linking agent 3%.
