| 摘 要： | 对河蟹的特性和江苏省河蟹养殖产业进行了简要介绍,并运用SWOT分析模型分析了江苏省河蟹养殖产业自身的优势、劣势以及外部的机会和威胁。通过构造SWOT矩阵,对各组合进行分析,并对各个组合提出相应的发展策略。其中包括大力发展河蟹深加工业,继续扩大产业规模和产业链的延伸,注重建立河蟹品牌以及河蟹育苗企业的品牌,建立河蟹种质资源保护机制,严格控制河蟹育苗亲本选择,向消费者大力推广河蟹深加工产品等措施。江苏省河蟹养殖产业能够通过充分利用外部机会以及克服外部威胁来更好地发挥产业自身优势,通过加大各种要素的投入来促进产业内部劣势向产业内部优势转化,最终使江苏省河蟹养殖产业能够健康迅速地发展。
