东方百合组培快繁试验

摘    要:采用东方百合Tiber品种的多种外植体分别进行了组培试验,结果表明,Tiber百合各外植体形成愈伤组织的能力有差异,其能力大小依次为:小鳞茎>花托>鳞片>叶柄>叶片;Tiber百合最佳诱导分化培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L,继代最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。

Abstract:Oriental lily of the test using a variety of species Tiber explant respectively conducted experiment group,the results showed that the Tiber Lily explant callus formation of the difference between the ability.Its ability to size followed by small bulb,the receptacle,scales,petiole,and leaf was minimum in differentiation explants.The best medium for induction and bud differentiation of oriental lily was MS with 2,4-D 1.0 mg /L and 6-BA 0.5 mg/L.The best medium for proliferation was MS with 6-BA 0.1 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg /L.1/2 MS supplemented with NAA 0.5 mg/L was suitable for rooting.
