虫草发酵培养基研究

摘    要:采用摇瓶培养方法,以菌丝体干质量为指标,通过单因素和正交试验,对虫草液体发酵培养基组成进行研究。结果表明,虫草液体最优发酵培养基组成为:葡萄糖2.0%,蛋白胨4.0%,KH2PO4 0.20%,MgSO40.10%,在该条件下菌丝体干质量平均可达15.64 mg/mL。

Abstract:Shake flask culture was used and the dry weight of mycelia was taken as main index to ensure the optimum culture medium compositions for caterpillar fungus through single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum culture medium compositions for caterpillar fungus contained glucose 2.0%, peptone 4.0%, KH_2PO_4 0.20%, MgSO_4 0.10%, and under this conditions the average dry weight of mycelia could reach 15.64 mg/mL.
