玫烟色拟青霉侵染对菜青虫营养生理变化的影响

摘    要:通过介绍对3、4龄菜青虫感染玫烟色拟青霉后,取食量及体重增加量均明显低于对照。接种72h,2×107孢子/ml和2×108孢子/ml两种浓度处理的3龄菜青虫的取食量分别比对照降低18.3%和31.7%,4龄菜青虫的取食量分别比对照降低9.8%和16.4%,且高剂量的影响明显高于低剂量的影响。

Abstract:The appetite and body weight increment of infected 3rd instar and 4th instar cabbage caterpillar infected by Paecilomyces fumosoroseus were obviously lighter than CK.After infected 72h,the appetite of 3rd instar cabbage caterpillar's inoculanted by 2×107 conidia/ml and 8×107 conidia/ml reduced by 18.3% and 31.7% respectively than CK with by 9.8% and 16.4% for 4th larvae.The influence was stronger as dosage increasing.
