| 摘 要： | 对玫烟色拟青霉PF9606与温度、pH、营养条件及光照的关系进行了研究,结果表明,菌丝生长的温度范围为10~32℃,最适温度为25~28℃;最适pH值为6~7;产孢的温度范围为10~30℃,最适温度为20~25℃;最适培养基为SDA和SMA。

| Abstract: | The relationship of paecilomyces fumosoroseus and temperature and pH,nutritional condition and photoperiod were studied in this paper.The result showed the rang of fit temperatures for conidial germination of PF9606 was 25~28 ℃;the rang of fit temperature of sporulation yield was 20~25 ℃;favorable pH was 6~7 and culture media was SDA,SMA. |
