扑草净不同处理对谷子幼苗过氧化物酶活力及同工酶的影响

摘    要:利用室内试验方法,研究了扑草净处理土壤、茎叶对不同品种谷子幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性及同工酶酶谱的影响。结果表明,扑草净处理土壤后,4个品种POD同工酶种类和活性都发生了变化,说明扑草净处理土壤改变了谷子的基因表达和代谢过程,对谷子幼苗的生长有一定的影响。

Abstract:Effects of prometryne on the POD activity and isoenzymes in millet seedlings after prometryne soil and stem treatments was studied. The results show that the type and activity of POD isozyme have been changed after soil prometryne treatment and it changes the millet gene expression and metabolic processes which have a certain impact in the growth of millet seedlings.
