发酵棉粕替代豆粕饲喂蛋鸡试验

摘    要:棉粕含粗蛋白33%~35%,是一种高蛋白质饲料。但是由于其棉酚含量高,影响了它的充分利用。利用微生物发酵法生产出的发酵棉粕,棉酚含量降低到0.02%(国标为0.04%)以下,粗蛋白降解为有利于动物吸收的各级多肽和氨基酸。利用发酵棉粕代替豆粕饲喂蛋鸡,添加量达9%~12%时,对蛋鸡健康状况无负面影响,不会影响蛋鸡的生产性能,且饲养成本大大降低。

Abstract:Dregs of cotton is a kind of high quality albumen with thick albumen to 33~35 percents. The high level of gossypol affected the cotton's full using. Through microorganism zymotechnics, we change dreg of cotton into fermented cotton dreg, in which the content of gossypol reduce to lower than 0.02 percent (national standard is 0.04 percent), and the thick albumen degraded into polypeptide and amino acid at all levels which benefit for animals to absorb.When 9%~12% cotton dreg was substituted for bean dreg,no harmful influence to bird's healthor laying performance and feed cost would be remarkably reduced.
