沙棘保健醋的研制

摘    要:山西拥有非常丰富的沙棘资源,开发沙棘产业,建立沙棘产业链,可以为山西经济发展提供一条很好的途径。利用沙棘果汁通过液态酒精发酵、固态醋酸发酵工艺研制了沙棘果醋,其营养及保健价值高,可以作为保健饮品开发。

Abstract:Shanxi has very rich seabuckthom resources, but its exploitation and comprehensive utilization rate is very low. The fruit vinegar production from the juice of sea backthern was studied by liquid-state alcohol fermentation and solid-state acetic acid fermentation processing.The fruit vinegar has very high value of health and nutrition and could be developed as a health drink.
