摘    要:PPDK基因是C4酶系统中催化CO2初级受体——磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸(PEP)的生成,是C4途径的专一性酶,也是C4植物能进行高光合作用的限速酶之一。利用转基因工程原理及方法将PPDK导入粮食作物中,从而提高其产量和抗性,已成为科研人员研究的重点。

Abstract:PPDK(Pyruvate orthophosphate dikinase)is the primary receptor catalyticing CO2 in the C4 enzyme system and PEP is C4 pathway-specific enzyme as well as one of the rate-limiting enzymethes for C4 plants to proceeding high photosynthesis.With the application of genetically engineering principles and methods we can take PPDK into food crops to enhance their yield and resistance,which has become the emphysis of the study of researchers.
