摘    要:研究了津优31号黄瓜适宜的外植体处理方式及诱导不定芽的适宜培养基。结果表明,适宜的外植体处理方式为:保留单片子叶,下胚轴纵切,去除2/3子叶;适宜的不定芽诱导培养基为:MS+TDZ0.005 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L。

Abstract:Using Jinyou 31 as the material,this experiment studied the suitale explant and the best medium for adventitious buds induction.The results were as followed: the optimum culture medium to induce buds: the medium of MS+0.005 mg/L TDZ+0.05 mg/L IBA;The best way of cutting was to keep single cotyledon,to cut hypocotyl longitudinally and remove 2/3 of cotyledon.
