摘    要:以实现林业资源可持续发展为目的,建立了森林生态系统经营多目标优化模型,并利用该模型对黑龙江省带岭林业局12个林场及1个苗圃的森林资源经营进行了多目标决策。以生态效益、社会效益和经济效益作为指导性目标,公益林效益、多功能林效益和商品林效益作为可操作性目标,使森林生态系统整体效益达到最优的情况下进行多目标规划决策,以此调整森林资源结构,恢复地域性顶极群落。如果作为实现规划目标基础的森林经营演替模型、保育经营措施在带岭林业局将来能被严格地执行,地带性顶极群落组成的森林生态系统将会得到有效恢复,森林生态系统整体效益也将得到有效的优化。

Abstract:Multi-target optimization model for forest ecological system management was established aiming at the realization of sustainable development, and multi-target decision-making was carried through in terms of the management of forest resources of 12 forest farms and 1 nursery at Dailing Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. Taking ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit as the guiding roles and public forest benefit, multi-function forest benefit and commercial forest benefit as the operable target, the multi-target optimization decision-making can be carried on under the condition of the whole benefit of forest ecological system arriving at optimizing, thereby the structure of forest resource can be adjusted and regional forest climax communities can also be resumed. If forest management and succession model and the management measures of protection and cultivation, which are the basis of the layout, can be fulfill strictly, the forest ecological system composed of regional climax communities will be effectively resumed, and the whole benefit of forest ecological system be effectually optimized.
