摘    要:在模拟自然干旱条件下,对3年生盆栽水曲柳叶面喷施了3种浓度的磷酸钾溶液,测定了水曲柳叶片的电导率、叶水势及光合等生理指标。结果表明:随着土壤含水率的降低,相对电导率升高,叶水势(ψw)、光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(EVAP)、水分利用效率(WUE)和气孔导度(Gs)等生理指标均有不同程度的下降;磷酸钾溶液的浓度为20mmol·L^-1时,可有效地缓解水分胁迫对水曲柳产生的不良影响,提高水曲柳的抗旱性。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the relative conductivity,leaf water potential and photosynthetic characteristics of three-year-old Fraxinus mandshurica potted seedlings treated with different concentrations of potassium phosphate through simulating natural drought stress.Result showed that the relative conductivity increased,other physiological traits,including leaf water potential,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficiency and stomatal conductance,decreased in different degrees.20 mm...
