葡萄皮中多酚类物质的微波辅助提取技术

摘    要:利用微波辅助技术对葡萄皮中多酚类物质的最佳提取条件进行研究,并观察了微波功率、微波处理时间、浸提剂配比、液料比等因素对葡萄皮多酚提取量的影响,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,并确定其优化工艺条件为:V(60%乙醇)∶m(葡萄皮粉)=30mL∶1g,微波功率540W处理40s后,于70℃水浴浸提30min,葡萄皮中多酚类物质提取量为13.68×10-3,明显高于常规水浴加热法的提取量.

Abstract:Polyphenol was extracted from grape peel by the method of microwave-assisted extraction,and the effects of microwave output power,heating time,concentration of extraction solvent and the ratio of material to solvent on the extraction rate were studied.The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the extraction conditions.The optimum extraction process was obtained as extraction solvent 60 percent ethanol,ratio of material to solvent 30 milliliter to 1 gram,microwave output power 540 watt,heating time 40 ...
