摘    要:本文采用溶剂法提取大果沙棘总黄酮,并在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面分析法考察乙醇的体积分数、提取的温度、液固比、提取时间对总黄酮得率的影响,并对提取工艺进行优化.结果表明,最佳提取条件:提取温度为61.85℃,乙醇体积分数为71.36%,提取时间为2.59h,V(溶剂)∶ m(黄酮)为18.33mL∶ 1g,此条件下黄酮得率为0.741%.响应面分析法可以优化大果沙棘总黄酮的提取工艺,在各影响因素合理取值范围内找到最佳得率及其对应的最佳提取条件.

Abstract:Solvent extraction method was used to extract the total flavonoids from big-fruited sea-buckthorn.The influences of extraction temperature,alcohol concentration,ratio of liquid to solid,and extraction time on extraction rate of the total flavonoids were analysed by the response surface method,and the extraction conditions were also optimized according to the single factor experiments.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as extraction temperature 61.85 degrees C,alcohol concentration 71.36 percent...
