摘    要:通过实验室培养试验,研究了阿特拉津对土壤中3大类微生物种群动态变化的影响,结果表明:阿特拉津对细菌、放线菌的生长均有明显促进作用,对真菌生长的促进作用不明显;细菌和放线菌是阿特拉津胁迫下的优势菌群.利用密闭法测定阿特拉津对土壤呼吸的影响表明,阿特拉津对土壤呼吸有促进作用:质量分数低(0.43、0.87 μg·g-1)的阿特拉津的促进作用持续时间短;质量分数高(1.73、8.7 μg·g-1)的阿特拉津的促进作用持续时间较长.

Abstract:A cultivation experiment was conducted to study the effects of Atrazine on the dynamic changes of soil microorganism populations under laboratory conditions. Results showed that Atrazine could promote the growth of bacteria and actinomycetes and had little effect on fungal growth. Bacteria and actinomycetes were dominant microorganism populations under Atrazine stress. Effect of Atrazine on soil respiration was also tested by the direct absorption method.
