摘    要:为了研究不同生长时期黄檗的组成抗虫性,采用紫外分光光度法,分别对6、7、8月份的37年生和56年生的健康和受害黄檗的雌、雄株叶片内CAT、POD和SOD活性差异进行了分析.结果表明,生长时期对黄檗叶片内保护酶活性影响差异极显著(p<0.01),健康和受害的黄檗叶片内CAT、POD和SOD的活性均表现为7月份>8月份>6...

Abstract:The activities of protective enzymes,CAT,POD and SOD,in leaves of healthy and injured female and male Phellodendron amurense(36 and 56-year-old) were analyzed by UV spectrophotometry in June,July and August,in order to explore constitutive resistance of P.amurense to insect at different growth stages.Results showed that the activities of protective enzymes were significantly different between various growth periods(p<0.01).The activities of CAT,POD and SOD in the leaves of the healthy and injured P.amurense in July were the highest,followed by August and June,and a significant difference was observed between different months(p<0.01).Health condition had no significant effect on the activities of protective enzymes,except that the activity of POD was significantly different between the healthy and injured P.amurense in July(p<0.05).The activities of protective enzymes in leaves of P.amurense present a regular variation with different months,and the seasonal variations have a direct effect on its resistance to insect.However,health condition has no significant effect on the activities of protective enzymes,indicating that the induced resistance is not the main way to resist insect damage.
