蒙古栎叶片多酚的超声提取、优化及抗氧化能力

摘    要:以抗氧化活性为示踪,采用超声辅助提取法,在单因素筛选的基础上,对超声提取过程的影响因素进行研究,以多酚质量和清除ABTS自由基能力为双响应因子,进行3因素3水平的响应面法试验设计,并对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇体积分数28.62%,提取时间30.90 min,液料比19.96 mL.g-1,提取次数3次。在最佳提取工艺条件下,2.0 g蒙古栎叶片原料中多酚质量为84.88 mg,ABTS自由基清除能力为0.79 mol.g-1。蒙古栎叶片多酚清除DPPH自由基的EC50值为223 mg.L-1,高于BHA、BHT、VC和VE等4种合成抗氧化剂。
