摘    要:采用阻燃剂TY-FR9991与1.2-丙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、苯乙烯等为原料合成了不含卤素的阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂,就阻烯剂的加入量与阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂产品的酸值、固化时间、氧指数等影响进行了研究。在初步确定的工艺条件下,合成的阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂产品主要性能较好。

Abstract:Flame Retarding Unsaturated Polyester Resin(FRUPR), which was not composed of halogen, was synthesized by flame retardant TY-FR9991 and 1,2-propanediol, cis-butene diacid, phthalic anhydride and styrene. The effects of flame retardant's usage on FRUPR's acid value, solidifying time and oxygen index were studied. The main properties of FRUPR were excellent under the condition of selected technology.
